Best deal for about $200?

I am going to have to start squirrel hunting in earnest.  The population is getting out of control.  I live in the city and I have 3 large pecan tress, and there are a lot of pecan trees in the neighborhood.

What rifle/scope package would you recommend for a small budget of about $200?

You might want to take a look at the Beeman "Gold Series" rifles, particularly the .22 caliber GH950 combo.
