Barrel won't fit, Help Please..

I have a SB101 20 Gage with a shot barrel. I Just received a rifle Tracker II slug barrel for it. The problem is that the slug barrel will not click/lock into place when I close the hinge. Why won't the Tracker II lock into place and how do I fix it? Thanks for any help.
