.22 opinions
« on: November 01, 2007, 10:42:04 AM »
Good day folks,

Have to admit I come here seldom;  age slowing me down just a bit.  I probably should apologize since my question has probably been old hash for a long time, but.......
Would any of you have some input on a few .22s I'm looking at;  the CZ 523, Reminton 504, and the TC Benchmark.  Seems as though the CZs have wonderful reputations, but don't hear about the 504 or TC.
Thanks for your input.  Hope you and yours are well.

God Bless

I  have the CZ 453 and the T/C Benchmark  and love them  both. the T/C is my  go to gun  out to 100 yards fer fuzzy  critters. Both could get boring.

I'm not familiar with the CZ 523.  I did find the CZ 513 Basic which is a simple version of the CZ452 which I have.   The 452 is a superb rifle. Its made to look and feel like a full sized rifle.  It came with tangent iron sights, but I use a Weaver Variable Scope.

The Rem 504's are discontinued, some shot really good, some not as good.  I bet you in years down the road it will be a collector itom though...
