Bowhunter57:I'm sure you'll be able to detect my enthusiasm from one of my recent posts:
www.gboreloaded.com/forums/index.php/topic,129434.0.htmlThis was (and still is) the initial sight-in and the accuracy was outstanding.
At 25 yds, two shoots basically touching, scope adjustment, then out to 50.
At 50 yds, two shots basically touching, scope adjustment, then out to 75.
I only took it out to 75 yds as this is my maximum hunting distance in the woods. At 75 yards, a couple of slight windage adjustments, last shot right on the
X and we called it a day.
Notice the pattern...two shots basically touching, scope adjustment.
To me, repeatable consistent shot placements equates to accuracy.
Sure makes those scope adjustments more meaningful when there's two shots here rather than one here and one there.
You'll find alot of useful info and many people willing to share their expertise in the GBO Huntsman & Sidekick Muzzleloader Forum.
