My thoughts would be to sight it in an inch or two high at 100 yards. In the field, for you "normal" shots, it will work fine, and if a chance should arise for a 200-250 yard shot it will make for less hold-over. I'd bet that would put it right on at 25 yards or so, in case a real close, precision shot should come up ( head/neck).
Best bet would be to sight it dead on at first for 100 yards, see what it does at 150, 200, & 250 yards. Then adjust it up an inch or two at 100, and compare it at 150, 200, & 250, and take your choice.
