Eagle Brand Crossbows any good?

Hey guys im wondering if the Eagle 4 cross bows sold at dicks sporting goods for $199 any good? Does anyone have experience and what is the overall quality and where are they made? They use 14 inch bolts instead of the 20 inch i see in the more expensive brands. Are these 14 inch bolts any good for general shooting and hunting? and could the 20 inch bolts be used instead? Thanks for any feed back. I tried searching google for the eagle website but i didnt see it, anyone have thier web adress?Just found out from dicks website... made in taiwan... i might steer away but if someone has good review.......

Cheap Chinese Crap!!!!! With horrible triggers too. They are a nock off of a Barnett Crossbow which is not much better. Save your money for 300 bucks you can buy a Horton compound package if money is an issue that is ten times the outfit. Otherwise wait and buy a Excaliber or some other higher end crossbow. Read this forum and see what folks are reccomending you will see lot of us have warned folks that those chinese xbows are junk. I know I had one of a friends for a while and shot it it was terrible. Please do not even consider it. As far as I am concerned they should not even be allowed to sell such crap and call them hunting bows. Save your money and buy a better xbow.  Jim

I concur about that CB being junk. If you want a Horton ebay has some end of year clearance sales going on.
