has anybody tried cutting the end off of a cva optima elite regular syn. stock to short up the length of pull ?

Not that I am aware of ..most folks if they need a little shorter stock opt for the youth version..here's the difference in length between the 2 stocks

CVA calls the shorter stock a compact.

thanks for the reply on the stocks.I ordered one of the youth butt stocks.Now just have to get time to put it on.
