Ruger MKII 7mm-08 question!

I have been looking for a smaller rifle for my wife and eventually my son. I have the opportunity to pick up a M77 MK II Compact in 7mm-08 with a Burris 3-9x40mm scope on it for 525.00. Is this a fair price for this rifle. It has had less then 20 rounds through it and appears to be in great shape. What do you think?

   $525.00 is waaaay to high! Send me the location of this rifle and I will try and get them to lower the price for you. Just kidding --I would jump on it if it is decent condition!

Thanks, I was thinking it was pretty decent price. Appears to be great shape so I'm supposed to pick it on Sunday!

The rifle would cost that or more new.  You are getting a $200 good scope for free.  I have had a couple of compacts(.223 and 7mm-08) both were extremely accurate.
