New Mueller 3 X 9 Red Dot
« on: November 16, 2007, 10:22:46 AM »
Alright, I bought a new mueller . I listened to you guys. I hope I like it. I am putting it on a NEF 25-06 Ultra, I had A Burris FF II with the illuminated dot and it stopped working. I never did fix it, but regular scope still works fine. It did help in low light conditions, I hope the mueller will do as good.

I have two of the Mueller 8.5-25X50mm "Eraticator" scopes on my long-range bombers.  One is on my custom Enfield p17 .25-06 benchrest rifle and the other is on my custom VZ-24 Mauser in 7mm-08 with a laminated thumbhole stock.  Like the scopes and especially like the fact that if the battery dies (because I frequently accidentally leave them on) you still have the crosshairs.

I almost got the Mueller 3x9 but decided instead to go for the 2x7 multishot.  Am glad I did.  I just love that sight picture, everyone who sees it also is impressed.  If you like the 3x9 check out the 2x7 for your next purchase.
