I found these in the back corner of an ammo shelf at the local sporting goods store. $9.99 per box Federal factory 180gr loads.

Wow
Did you buy all of the ammo?

Did they have a DW .445 SM laying around?

I bought all they had only the 357 Max loads. This is one of those shops that does not even sell handguns only long guns. I could not believe the price, brass is around $20.00 per 100 and loaded rounds sell for around $18.00 per 20.

You definitely got a deal.  The best I ever got for my 357 Max was the IHSMA Federal new brass on Ebay several years ago for$7.00 a box for 2 boxes and the seller Emailed me that I could have additional boxes for the same price.  I ended up with 12 boxes and still have a few put away unfired; oh, and they were nickel plated.  I had beem paying $12 a bag for Remington brass before that.  I paid $32 for a box of 20 hollow point 180 gr.  to test fire my gun when I first bought it several years ago; after the 357max was discontinued.  I found them at a feed and seed store that also sold odd ammo.  I had called and looked on line at several places before finding the feed store.  I got into reloading the next week.  20 rounds was the start of a supermag addiction and I've fed it every since.
