Shooting Timer
« on: November 25, 2007, 03:06:07 PM »
I am in the market for a shooting speed timer and was wondering if anyone had any feedback on which ones that are good/ease of use etc.  I obviously want one that is good but don’t need a meg bucks one, hopefully anyway. Anyone have feedback on a certain one or place to price/buy one? Thanks!

Try these guys...   http://www.cedhk.com/show.php/Object29

I don't use a timer but I have their chrono and it is top notch.

Is free cheap enough?  I use an audio editing program that has a time line that measures to .001 second.  It is called Audicity and is freeware.  If you put it on a laptop and record your shooting session, then you will be able to find the exact length of time it takes to get a shot off.  That assumes that you use a sound as a start signal.
Just my 2 cents, which is 2 cents more than the program will cost you.
