What's it worth....

I have an opportunity to pick up a Remmington 700 BDL, 30-06 w/3x9 Bushnell scope.  The rifle looks LNIB condition.  It's a '92 or '93 model.  Less than 200 rounds through it. 
WHAT'S IT WORTH IN A FACE TO FACE SALE.

GunBroker may not be the standard to go by, that's why I ask this question.  $500 is the low end from what I have seen there.
