I haven't seen a recent cat. but I wear some that are called power wick or some thing like that. They were near the military line in old cat. The inside is like a 100wt polar fleece that has been cut to look like a waffle iron, outside is slick so they dont snag up against clothing. These are fairly bulky but not like a quilted underwear set. They are black in color, I also wear the grey cabelas underwear all the time, especially if active at work outside even down to -10. The green ones are good if only sorta active down to about -10, the black ones I would say -20 if only sort of active.
If you have serious circulation problems and are in a cool area the black ones should do the job. I keep the house at 65 I'm fairly warm blooded and really can't move much without getting uncomfortable. For me the gray ones are just right if I'm sitting around at 60 degrees shirt and jeans in a tree stand for a couple hours.
