Use a bore brush (in a 30 use a 32-35 cal) from the rear. Push it in screwed to a cleaning rod. Be certain to not insert further than inside the case neck. The bristles will jam inside the neck angled to the rear. When you attempt to pull the brush out the neck should come along easily. This is the easiest removal method and should be tried first. If it doesn't work there are more positive methods although a bit more trouble. Good luck from the gunnut69
