this is a p17 enfield Winchester, rear mount looks the same as the front only shorter.

Too much light to see but is it a dovetail ? If yes,measure it and if 19.5mm wide, it is an old type of mounting used in Europe.

No not a dovetail.

They look homemade.  Or gunsmith made in a shop.  Not mas produced.  If homemade offends, then they look custom.  Have you removed them to see if there are any marks on the under side?

I don't think they are custom as they have numbers stamped in them, the front is a #13 and the rear is a #7.

How do the rings attach? Weaver made a mounting system fr a while that used opposing screws. The rings fitted in a hole and the shank was dimpled for the set screws from the side. It's also possible its a Leupold gunsmith base. They were made(may still be???) for different rifles but were left blank for custom installations by a gunsmith./.
