weekend project

I did this for my daughter this weekend. She saw my Huntsman that I stained green awhile back and asked that I do her .243 in pink. I couldn't do a rifle in pink that I might use, so I chose this rose color instead. Hopefully it'll help her shoot straighter next year.

I like it , now dump the pic before my daughter sees it and i have to do one too , very nice work i like the way the wood grain still shows . ;)

aldar, You did good! My 5 year old daughter always talks about a pink gun ever since she saw one of those Pink Crickets at Wallyworld. I would much rather get her a Handi one day and do what you have done for your daughter.
I wonder how it would turn out on a laminated stock?

My granddaughter has a pink synthetic stocked 22  cricket and a pink synthetic stock 98 Mauser in 7mm X 57 that I built for here. She still has to grow into the mauser but she will tell you that it hers and told her dad to get a deer with it. She is 100% girl and loves pink but loves to shoot and I believe she will hunt she also loves camo Pink outfits.
