looking to upgrade my 10/22

Any comments on these two item for my upgrade plans, Volquartsen  Q CNC machined Bolt & Volquartsen Macth TG 2000 Trigger group.. Any input would be helpful.

Those are Cadillac parts.  You won't regret using them.  There are lots of cheaper parts kits that work as well, but I haven't found any better.
