Huntsman Price?

I am debating selling my Huntsman Wood/Blued. .50. It has no sights, a Tasco 2-5 scope, and a Hubbard replacement rod.

Couple questions for the experts:
1. Is this a gun by law? Would I have to ship via a FFL if I sold it?

2. Any idea on a ball park price for it? I understand that condition and demand control pricing.

Yes it is a firearm as a shotgun barrel can be attached to the action. I bought one about a year ago and had to do the paperwork just like a shotgun. The huntsman might be worth a little more than the Sidekick but they are still pretty low in price. I suspect that unless the scope is a really expensive one you would be lucky to get much more than $125.00 for it. I think I paid $110 for mine blue, wood and no scope but iron sights. Mine was in excellent condition. Personally for that kind of money I would just keep it. I don't have a lot of use for mine as I have about five other inlines and a couple of sidelocks plus the new Knight KRB but I would not sell if for what I could get for it as it is a really good shooter.
