243 Win Encore
« Reply #1 on: June 26, 2003, 01:26:11 PM »
There is load data specifically for the 243 Win 15" Encore in the Hornady 5TH edition reloading manual.  They give loads for 58, 65, 70, 75, 80, 87, and 100gr bullets!

Haven't used the 243 in a pistol, just my Savage M 11G.

Give me specifics on what bullet and powder you want to use and I'll get you the data.

Later
Gary

call the Sierra tech line.  They will give you some of their new date.

Hello,
I'm new to GBO, I stumbled upon this site the other day. The site is great. I have been trying to log on to "shooters.com" and it is like they no longer exist.
I had bought an Encore pistol frame a few years ago before CA passed some more stupid laws. Anyways I finally have a few bucks that my wife doesn't know about and I purchased a .243 win. 15" stainless TC barrel from our local gun dealer. I should get it in about 7 days.
I was wondering if you had a chance to try any of those loads out that have been posted, and if you have tried any other loads?

Thanks

Dan

Welcome Dan,

While I do not have any Encore 243 load data for you, I just wanted to tell you that we are glad to have you on site!
