What would I gain by changing my 209x50 barrel for the pro hunter barrel that is 2" longer....I know I would get 2more inches of burn time...How would that effect my range and accyracy??? At long rang?   Drop

The difference under in-the-field conditions would be absolutely negligible -- unless one barrel is notably more accurate than the other.

Check rate of twist. Some of the barrels different. In the Midway master catalog the 204, 223, and 22-250 Encore barrel has a 1:12 and the Pro Hunter a 1:14. If you plan on shooting heaver bullets for these the Encore barrel might shoot slightly more accurately. The 209x50 on the Encore is 1:28, I couldn't find a twist rate for the Pro Hunter. Does anybody out there know?
