Well, in my honest opinion you don't have two of the best produced in the line-up.
STI in my opinion make better--out of the box--weapons that those listed.
Another consideration left out is SVI. Though it is a semi-production weapon, the technology and innovation is far superior too them---though much of the same technology is found in STI.
I like Colts and it is a true saying that any other is just a copy.
I have one but the cost, in addition too the purchase of the gun, too make it as reliable and accurate as the STI puts it almost in the class of the SVI.
Just my opinion however.

My "go to" pistol during my 24 yr. LEO career and now that I'm retired, is a Series 70 satin nickel Colt Combat Commander. Short trigger, left side safety, Pachmayer grips and fixed 3 dot sights. Nothing fancy, no bells or whistles, but I'd stake my life on it and have for a long time.

Got the Kimber covered, but don't currently own any of the other choices. Looks as if some of the more popular 1911s are missing. Anyway, I checked Kimber.

My first 1911 was a used Kimber.  Fell in love with it and pretty soon added another two.  I did own a Springfield Mil-spec, but we didn't get along and sold it.  I wouldn't mind adding a Colt and possibly and STI later on.

Three Colts;  An engraved 5", a SS Combat Commander, and a Defender for daily carry.  I've owned two Kimbers and while there were nice guns, I no longer own them.  44 Man

I'm down to two now, a series 70GM tricked out by LaRocca Gun Works in Worcester MA and a LW Commander with tritium sites.  I have SW745 IPSC up for sale and have had an all steel commander, a series 70GM, a 1991GM, a series 80 stainless commander and a couple of star PDs and an astra A-80.  I'll just keep the ponies thank-you very much.

I have a military Springfield Armory re-work National Match. It has a Remington Rand frame with a 1944 range sn and Colt slide with an Ellison adjustable rear sight. It has a beautiful parkerized finish and is completley hand fitted. It is very accurate but very reliable for being so tight. Most nights it is closer to me than my wife.

Just one so far, a Colt Gold Cup.

I am currently looking at both Kimber and SIG.  I want one a Commander or Officer size model for a big bore carry gun.  SIG's C3 looks nice, as does Kimber's carry and ultra carry models.

First 1911 I bought in October is a S&W1911 Government. I love it. Showed my dad and he thought it was finished better than two SA he used to own. I added a Wilson Combat full length guide rod/spring/buffer and polished the ramp.

Well, I added my 2nd 1911 this past weekend.  Bought myself the Kimber Tactical Pro II as a 50th birthday present to myself.  Looking forward to my next trip to the range!!

springfield stainless loaded 45

I really like the 10mm longslide has plenty of power for most anything I might happen to shoot with an auto pistol.
