Any other cheap plinkers using PMP ammo in either .223 or .308 through their T/C's? I've used wolf in other guns, and did not want to use it in my Encore.

Any other reliable cheap ammunition you'd recommend?

PMP in 223

Yes I have used PMP in my contender in 223.  It's not real accurate but its clean and cheap to shoot.   My son also uses it in 308 but in an M1A.  Never had any trouble with it, and I plan to reload the brass.

Good Luck
Gary

I've shot one box of .223 through my Contender, wasn't really accurate.  The brass is very good, though.

I just shot one of the PMP cases in my 7tcu, I had the same load this case that I had in a Hornady case, and it showed bad pressure signs where as the Hornady cases did not. It appears that the cases will have to use a smaller load, hence I will not be loading them anymore. I am going to pull the bullets in what is left and chunck the cases.
