SAIGA COVERSION QUESTION

     I a 7.62 x 39 Saiga sporter that I would like to put a AK style grip, trigger group and shoulder stock on. I can not find any good information that can tell me if standard AK components will fit or if it has to be specific to the Saiga platform. I also want to be sure that what ever I put on this rifle is quality parts. If anyone has any info on how to find quality parts that will work well I would appreciate any help.
