Rem 870 20 ga barrels

I have the 870 youth turkey gun, I want to put a Hastings 24 in slug barrel on it.
Will this barrel fit the youth?  I believe the only difference in the youth model from the
regular 870 20 ga is the stock length, so I think I would be ok with the Hastings barrel.
