Marlin New Year
« on: January 01, 2008, 10:47:45 AM »
I spent it with my wife, my oldest son, & his family up on the river. It got down to about 40 degrees but I was nice and warm in my sleeping bag and bivy. We did some plinking with my 39A and his Model 60. We also ate a pile of backstraps & sweet potatoes that we cooked over the fire! As good a time, as I ever had.

I wanted to do some shooting today but the weather didn't permit. It wasn't the temp. (about 30 degrees) but the RAIN!!!!
I also own a 39A and my oldest son owns a model 60.
