Customer Service normally busy?

I called Marlin today about a problem I was having with a new 22mag, called at three different times today before I got something other than a busy signal. Then it was just a recording with a fax number, so I faxed in a letter describing my problem. Has anyone had this problem contacting H&R (Marlin)?

They've been closed for several days, what did you expect? One member called today and ordered a stock, another talked to em about .223 barrels, they were open and working hard, as usual. You might do better calling H&R direct instead of calling Marlin, their number and email addy are in the FAQs, toll free (866)776-9292.
