Savage For Silhouette ????

Anyone care to comment on the Savage 12 series for silo?????????

Doing just fine with my 270 but thought I may like to have a heavy rifle again.

Cheaper than finding a donor action and barrel  to put into my old Varmint Special stock ( LOL)

It'd be nice if you could have one in 260 or 7mm-08, but 308 works just fine. Not much use for the 22s or the magnums though. They've got decent triggers, scope mounts are no problem, if they fit you why not?
