The first article I read on the 41 special also mentioned a shorter version that the author referred to as a 41 Russian based on the case length being 1". Trimming to the special length with the trimmer I had was way too labor intensive, so I bought a 10 mm trim die, lubed up some 41 mag brass and had at it. Worked great and now I've got apprx. 500 pieces. Since the 41 is a touch bigger than the 10 mm, and the pressures are in the same ballpark, I started with 10 mm. starting loads and got a very pleasant round for my 41 Mountain Gun. Two questions. First, where can I find stock 41 special trim die? Second, has any discussion come up on Auto Rimmed 10 mm or .40 cal
