Don't be surprised if you're disappointed with the customer "service" you receive from Umarex USA. My Model 52 broke the day I got it, through no fault of my own, before I even got to shoot it. I contacted their customer "service" and was basically told that it (the defective gun) was my problem and if I wanted the part I needed to fix it, I'd have to pay them $20 +shipping.
So I took some measurements, went to MSC Direct's website, ordered 3' of drill rod, 3' of threaded rod, and a die set to thread the ends of the drill rod if the threaded rod wound up not working, all for less than $20 shipped and can now repair that same break 5 more times, though I'd be surprised if it happened again. I've been happy with the gun since then, but I'll never buy another RWS product again, and I emailed the parent company in Germany as well as Umarex USA to let them both know.
