JMO, but since one of the barrel sights is always blurry, when I'm looking at the other sight, I cut my (vision) losses and went with a rear sight that never gets blurry - since a shooter never has to look at it.
I simply look through the peep hole (aperture) of my tang sight, just like I do with a receiver sight, and place the front sight on whatever I want to hit.
Fast, easy, and no-fuss/no-muss or fiddling.
