With out going out to the book shelf and finding it I thought it was "Last of the Breed".
It's OK, not one of his best. Me I like his Sackett series or most (but not all of his other westerns more.

Yes I have, very good book. Took a little while to get into, but far from being his worst.

I enjoyed the book. I like survival type stories such as that, and it is all the better when it is written by LL. The man knows his stuff. Unlike a lot of writers, he has done a lot of research the old fashioned way, he had it HAPPEN to him!
