Brought the KRB home today

Can't wait to get it out for some range time. 10 degrees and wind takes some of the edge of the excitement though.  ;)

Nice. I have always liked the stainless and camo. What type of scope is that?

Thanks. It's my first experience with synthetic or stainless. The scope is a Leupold Vari X11 3x9 . Any recommendations on how to get all the preservative stuff out of the barrel?

Just clean the barrel like you normally would. If it won't come out use a brush and then run some oil down it. If you are going to shoot it after that you can pop a 209 or you can just wipe down the inside one last time to get all the oil back out. That's how I have always done it.
