« on: January 23, 2008, 09:55:49 PM »
Hey all,

Anyone know of BETTER adustable sights for my Marlin 925. It has the standard adjustable sights, however I wanted to put something a bit better on it. It has a dovetail for the rear sight and just a small bolt hole for the front sight.

cheers
Matt

A lot depends on what you think is better. There are a lot of sights sold by folks like Brownells and they are a great place to look at what's available. I would prefer a set of receiver sights but most modern rifles don't tapped for them. That's a small thing but you need to know. Marbles makes excellent leaf type blase sights and several companies make island style sights that are full adjustable. Brownells has many styles and makers, even some that use fiber optics to brighten the sight picture. A catalog from them would be a good place to start..
