Just like Nebraska

The following is an email I received after inquiring about scopes for muzzys in Kansas.

"Allowing scopes on muzzleloaders for the upcoming deer season in 2008 is being considered and probably will pass. Please check our website for changes."

Now if Utah Division of Wildlife Resources will pull their heads out and get sensible we could use scopes here also.

Some major changes are coming to Kansas for the 2008 season.  I would wait until they're all announced before getting too excited.  Also realize that almost no one hunts ML here because it means you can't bow or rifle hunt an any deer tag, and the season is in mid Sept when it's HOT.

Sounds good. I hope more states are to follow.
The sportsman lives his life vicariously. For he secretly yearns to have lived before, in a simpler time. A time when his love for the land, water, fish and wildlife would be more than just part of his life. It would be his state of mind
