I was wondering what the average members age is. You don't have to make a post as to you actual age but please vote. I think it may be interesting. By the way I am 41.Thanks Dale

We're old and older.

The wife and friends were calling me Graybeard long before I found this forum. A member of the public wanted to know how to recognize me a couple of weeks ago at a F&G function. I told him simple look for the only member with a graybeard.

Well, I'm 56, but in body only. When I look in the mirror is about the only time I realize how old I am (or when I'm feeling the aches & pains). I figure if I can go to the range more often to play with my toys it will keep me younger.

I am 61 and If I live another 61 yrs. I will figure the money I am paying my Doctors has been a Investment instead of a Expense, I just hope I wont have to pay Capital Gains on it. JIM

How long does it take to figure out how old you are.

The reason the poll runs so long is for people that may be away or don't visit often. I see no need to change your vote. This will give us an idea of the average age of the members. Dale

I don't understand why changing my vote will change the avarege, i will be 61 in nov. but if people don't mahe it by more than once in 4 mo. they probably won't care.

if you are going to seart changing votes change mine to 15, looks like they need help, if this is a race

For what it's worth once you've voted you CANNOT vote again and there is no provision for changing your vote. That's not the way polls work here.

Not to be a smarta$$ but the question does not ask what your age is it asks what the average age is, this could also be taken as a poll of what you "think" the average age of members is. I think we all understand what Dale is getting at though. Anyways I am 34.
