Lee Enfield mk4 no 1 from india marked 1963 R.F.I

I think I found a nice enfield but I was wondering if anyone can tell me about this rifle.  It is in 303 British and is marked mk4 no 1 from india marked 1963 R.F.I.  Are these good?  It looks like it is in good condition and the guy wants $140.  It looks like everything is original and has a full length barrel.

Buy it!That is a darn good price.You'll like shooting an Enfield.It will do most anything a .308 will do.
