Been using the Federal Powershok 100gr. with pretty good accuracy results but plan to try the same in 80 gr. and Fusion in 95 gr. to see if I can do better. I changed the scope on this one recently too to a 3-9x40 which may make some difference for these old eyes!

Plus 1 on Joe's recommendation! If it's a 20" Superlight barrel, take your time shooting to keep the barrel cool or it will heat up fast and the group will open up. ;)

as far as the scope will be taking my Leupold off the no.1, and putting it on the handi,  I don't know if it's a super lite barrel, its not a bull I know that. thanks for the tips ;D

I have used Federal, Winchester and Remington 100 grain loads in my 243's and they work real well....

20" barrel = Superlight, 22" = standard or bull, ~.800" at the muzzle = bull, 24" = bull.

Easy, eh!!  ;)
