Here is my 10/22 project. New S&K stock, Volqaurtsen 2000 trigger action, Volqaurtsen bolt, KIDD receiver pin kit, Mueller 1x35 MXI red scope and finally getting ready to install Green Mountain 16.5" fluted sporter barrel..

Looks good.
I have a friend that purchased a 10/22 and then slowly turned it into a tricked out one with no Ruger parts.  As he replaced everything he then had a second stock Ruger 10/22.  I think the project took 2 years.

I'm working on my 4th 10/22 conversion.  I intend to give this one to my nephew.  Since he is still a little young I'm taking my time.  They are fun to do for sure and you can really turn them into some accurate shooters with a few mods.

Nice job El Cazador!

Got 4 builds done, another part way through, 3 more awaiting starting and at lest 2 more planned after that.  Yup, it's addicting.

Finally put the new Green Mountain barrel on, took her out back let a few rounds go. She seems real fine at this point considering it was about 20 degrees outside. After small adjustment on the scope the grouping was mighty tight as you see on the targets posted.
