  FYI Trigger job by NEF
.I sent my receiver in for the free adjustment by NEF just two weeks ago and they are shipping it back today! This is a free service and they ship it back FREE OF CHARGE! They will only bring it down to 3.5 but my 1997 handi was at 6lbs!!  By the way, I told them at customer sevice that there are a growing group of Handi-Holics and they[customer service] really seemed to enjoy all of our support and praise!

They are good people and they make an effort for great customer service!

That is something that we all can appreciate!!
