Will a Mueller APV take the recoil from a Mosin Nagant?

I am sporterizing one of my 91/30 Mosins.  The apv looks like a no nonsense scope and I've had good results from the Multi-shot I have.  I don't want the illuminated reticle nor do I want millitary reticles.  I'm just building a cheap meat gun.  Any help/experiences appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi 30-30,
We sell allot of the APV's in Dunham's and most of those purchases are for deer hunting with users mounting them on standard deer rigs including 30-06, .270, 30-30 and were getting great feedback. When say "not rated for heavy magnum recoil", we are basically referring to calibers such as .375 or 458.
