Other than being shorter in length, are there any other differences performance wise with the regular Optima Elite and the Optima Elite "compact"? Do both guns offer the same barrel options, etc.?

Basically the only difference is the LOP is 1.2" shorter on the compact, they list a 1lb difference.

How bout the weight Mac? My guess is they've rounded the weight to the nearest pound, just can't imagine that little change in stock length being a full pound!!

Thanks for the info. I just wanted to make sure that I'd have access to the same barrels as the regular sized OE. In that case I can go ahead and pick mine up from Academy.
