I am looking to upgrade my stock sights with Trigicon night sights, do I need the sight tool for this and where the best place to get one cheap?

When you find a good, cheap sight tool let me know! Expect to pay more for the sight tool than the sights. If this is not a tool that you will be using frequently, take the gun and sights to a gunsmith and have him change them out. He'll probably charge you $30-$40. I happen to have a Pro Carry ll myself. I removed the rear sight to take out the firing pin safety using a punch and hammer. The sights are really tight in the dovetail, so they take quite a hammer blow to get them moving. Not too sure I'd want to install night sights that way. I'd really hate to break the tritium vials! Good luck!

most of the cheap ones like the one i have will only do one end of the gun. Mine will remove rears but not the front. You also have to remove the slide from the gun to use it. I think it was like 80 bucks in the brownel catalog. If you think that this is the only gun your going to fool with it would be cheaper in the long run just to have a gunsmith do it.
