What big bore recoil looks like.

That is the recoil of a my RB .454 casull pushing a 330grn cast bullet.  My buddy put his camera to keep the shutter open for about 2 seconds while we did it.

That's an interesting photo.  Almost no muzzle flash.  What kind of powder are you using or what ammo ?

Nice photo. I have noticed that the use of cast bullets reduces muzzle flash dramatically, as compared to the same powder charge with a similar jacketed bullet.

That particular load I believe was a 330 grn cast lead bullet over 11 grains of unique, at about 1100fps, really good hunting load. 

We did this picture with the flash on, which is why you can see my arms and the gun so well.  Should of tried without any light to get more muzzle flash.
