handi/rossi barrel swap????

Out of curiosity has any one ever tried to see what it would take to fit a rossi barrel on a handi?  Or maybe vice versa :o
From just looking at the two, the barrels appear to be similar.

I have been slightly curious about it too.  I believe Rossi has 3 frame sizes so that may make things a little more complicated.  Larry

I can't confirm for sure that there are three frame sizes, but I can say I have a Rossi that has a different length lug on the barrel.  So no, I don't think it would work to swap barrels between a Handi and a Rossi.
