Is Lake City match 308 brass any better or worse for use in an M1A1 ? and what is the going rate per/100 for LC brass ??

LC is my favorite,however,but that doesn't mean it's the best. My '42 vintage Model 70 30-06 target gun loves LC,as does a custom built 03 target rifle,also in '06.
One thing is sure,if you use LC with the same lot numbers,you won't go wrong.

I've shot Lake City match ammunition in a sporterized 03A3, M1 Garand and a Sako 75 and all rifles love it. The Sako surprised me as to its accuracy with 40 year old ammunition. I believe that Hitech ammo carries virgin lake city match brass that's had its primers in but deactivated. Don't remember what I'd paid for it but
you can do a goggle search and you can see what it would cost and if he still has some on hand. I've bought from them and no problems with the brass and how its boxed up for shipping. Frank
