« on: February 29, 2008, 08:35:39 AM »
Are the 17L's still hard to come by? Or are they churning them out again?

They are out there, but have been discontinued. If you can get one for less then $600, its a pretty good deal. BTW USA holsters makes a jam up Tac Holster and Shoulder Holster for the Glock 17L.

I found one but they wanted $650 for it. So I bought a new model 34 for $570. Thanks!

There's actually one for sale at my local range in Waco, as well. Fortunately I couldn't justify it either: I have the 35 with a LWC 4 port 9mm conversion barrel. So far it's changed the minds of no less than five guys who were previously glock haters.

I just bought one yesterday at a gun show here in Pennsylvania. I paid $650 brand new. The dealer told me that Glock made a limited run of only 1200 or so.

Check out Gunbroker...Seems there are enough out there for sale...Some people are real "proud" of their 17L...Jeesh.

I picked up gl34 from the US Marine Corps Exchange in Norfolk a few years back for $330.00. That gun is a death ray, just point and think about hitting the target. Ok, mabey I stretched it a bit but it is a fine weapon.

I finally got a 17L the other day. I had a model 26 I wanted to get rid of so I traded it and $200.00 for a new  17L. Talk about a Death-Ray! Man that thing is sweet!
