On the wisker biscuits, they are pretty much all the same with the difference being the amount of windage and elevation adjustment each model is capable of for tuning your bow.
My recommendation is the new one with the cutout. I don't remember the model name, but it's a good idea to get the one which has the horizontal as well as vertical adjustment to the rest. That way you do not have to move your loop or nock to tune between field points and broadheads.
I have the older model biscuit on my bows and I cut out a section around 10 o'clock to insert the arrow shaft from the topside. Works good.
On the broadheads I like the 4 blade Muzzy's, use both 100's and 125's.
