With that, I can only add that the Hornady Handbook has generally been on the conservative end of the spectrum on load info, in my experience. But, I would rather error on the side of caution and load conservatively, (when starting to work up a load), than to end up with a damaged weapon or worse.

115 gr. HP-XTP used in both of these loads:
Hornady Handbook - HS-6 - 5.7gr. Starting load ----- 6.4 gr. MAXIMUM load
Lyman 48th Edition - HS-6 - 5.7gr. Starting load ---- 7.2 gr. MAXIMUM load
