Open Front Sight Hoods

I just received two new front sight hoods from Wild West Guns in Alaska(via Brownells special order dept.). Part of the top has been removed to let more light in. I plan to use one with an XS front sight on one of my 1895's. On the XLR I put a stainless steel open hood. Very neat and very pleased with Brownells service.
