This is the best picture I've seen showing where a hogs vitals are located.
As you will see, the anatomy of a hog is much different than that of a whitetail deer.

That's an excellent picture. Thanks. I found that they are a lot more massive and require tough bullets that penetrate well. Otherwise, bullet placement isn't that much different than for deer. The bones are big and tough.

I hog hunt a great deal.  In fact, I like hunting hogs more than whitetail deer believe it or not, but that picture is kinda gruesome, even for me.  Still, I must admit that you probably won't find a more accurate anatomy picture than that.

(It kinda reminds me of my Biology classes way back during High School. :) )
